My name is Catherine and I am a Sports Massage Therapist (includes deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, neuro-muscular therapy, myofascial release, postural alignment and trigger point therapy). I am also a freelance Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor based in Milan but I am originally from the UK.
I have been working in this industry for over 15 years and have gained significant experience working in a number of countries including, France, America, UK, The Middle East and now Italy. I have worked with some high profile clients and also worked with high-end Rugby and Football teams and also a tennis academy. I specialize in injuries and rehabilitation.
My qualifications include a Bsc Hons and an MA in Sports Science and I am also a member of REPS and SMA in the UK.
