Dr. Dennis attended York University studying Sports Therapy and is currently a licensed Chiropractor in the Province of Ontario and a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Class of 2001. Dr. Dennis is an associate within a multi-disciplinary Sports Medicine Centre specializing in rehabilitating acute sports injuries and chronic repetitive strains with client’s ranging from elite athletes to the weekend warrior.
Dr. Dennis utilizes various treatment modalities including chiropractic adjustments, full body certified active release technique, acupuncture, cranial-sacral therapy, and functional cranial release. Dr. Dennis believes in living a proactive healthy lifestyle as a means to avoid future injury, illness, and disease as it is always easier to prevent an injury or illness then it is to treat an injury or illness; this is accomplished through proper diet, stress reduction and meditation, exercise and stretching, along with chiropractic adjustments that not only have a local mechanical effect but a larger segmental and suprasegmental effect which increases the body’s overall health and well-being.
Dr. Dennis lives a healthy lifestyle and enjoys being active, choosing to stay in motion either through sports including hockey, volleyball, baseball, etc. or various recreational activities including hiking, biking, snowboarding, etc.
