My name is Valeria, I am a body Therapist. I was born in Argentina and have lived in Barcelona since 2000.
I have devoted all my life to what I love: massage therapy. Over the years I have explored in detail various techniques to achieve a deep and healing massage, which is the result of my training with the prestigious Dr Hugo Ardiles, and creator of the System of Movement and Massage of Centers of Energy. This mind-body technique is based on the seven chakras of yoga and sees a personal as a functional unit. This is my philosophical basis of thinking and working. My massage style is intended to penetrate into the deepest muscle tension, in order to relieve pain and ease tension.
As many clients have said to me that the effectiveness and quality of my massage far exceed their expectations. I am a teacher and give training in body reading and deep massage techniques, so I am constantly learning, thanks to my students. I am available for tours. I offer a flexible schedule and am ready to heal or relax clients in need of a profound massage.
