Hi, I’m Andrea. My three greatest passions are Massage, Music and Travel. Being employed by Dr. Dot is my dream job. She is a true inspiration to myself and many others.
I started my career studying a BA in Adult Nursing, as my ambition has always been to help others. However my anatomy knowledge and healthcare experience inspired me to train as a Complementary Therapist and I graduated in June 2012 with a BSc(hons) degree in Complementary Therapies.
I am a highly qualified practitioner with Deep Tissue Massage, Remedial Massage and Holistic Massage along with Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology. Since graduating I have worked at a local hospice; working alongside conventional medicine and treating those facing life threatening illnesses. I also work with onsite massage and mobile call outs. Since graduating I have continued to study post graduate short course to learn new techniques and to develop as a Complementary Therapist.
I currently live and work in Cardiff and I feel I am very lucky to be able to work in a profession that I thoroughly enjoy.
I am a sports woman myself; enjoying water sports, roller skating, but I was a competitive netball player for many years. Although I do not compete any more I still keep up my training and understand the injuries obtained by busy hard working individuals.
I pride myself as being an extremely calm and laid back person, which can assist you in achieving a state of relaxation. I am deceptively strong and extremely intuitive. I will listen to what you need to achieve from the massage, and I will draw skills from different disciplines making each treatment unique for you.
I am always available for tours, gigs and call outs. Although I live in South Wales (U.K) I am flexible to where I can work.
