I have been practicing massage therapy in Portland, Oregon and around the globe since 2003. I have worked with several doctors, chiropractors and acupuncturists during this time as well and with many acute and chronic injuries, being a highly requested therapist in clinical and wellness center settings. I have also maintained a successful private practice with a flow of steady clientele. My style of work includes deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and pregnancy massage. Exceptional massage therapist, Jon was trained in Berkeley California and Kauai, Hawaii where he lived for twelve years and massage professionally for nine years. He first studied Tui Na, traditional Chinese bodywork, in 1996 and then became a licensed therapist in Hawaii in 2005. Jon specializes in Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian Massage), Tui Na, (Chinese Massage) and Cranial Sacral. He is also experienced in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and Thai massage. His client base includes young and elderly, athletes and pregnant women, terminally ill and healthy individuals.
Jon comes from a linage of healers from his father side. As a life-long learner Jon currently is studying Chi Nei Tsang (internal organ massage). Jon is also a practitioner and certified instructor of Qi gong and Chen Style Taiji. He believes in our innate self and seeks harmony wherever he is. Jon is licensed in Colorado and Hawaii, certified in CPR & First-Aid and carries a liability insurance policy.

Lea  maintains her credibility and integrity as a Registered Yoga Therapist with Yoga Alliance. She has a 200 Level Yoga Certification and a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University. She teaches private and group classes at local studios and fitness centers. 

Her passion for fitness began 2 decades ago as a competitive dancer and runner. Her focus on dance has brought her to dance competitions all over the New Jersey. As a runner, some of her achievements included placing 3rd in category during the Seaside Half Marathon and 2nd in category during the 10K Boardwalk Races Against Hunger.

 

Additionally, Lea has gained 9 years of experience in aerobic and group fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Bar, Zumba. Most recently she has been focusing on toning and functional strength, yoga inversions and arm balances. 

 

Now, Lea is eager to promote physical health, safety and strength in others through yoga in both group and private settings. Because Lea has gained an outstanding sense of mental and spiritual clarity from each of these practices, she is delighted to share these benefits with others!

Hi, my name is Gamal, Egyptian and currently living in Doha, Qatar. I discovered my passion for massages back in 1997, when I was playing volleyball in the Egyptian National team and receiving massages myself.
