Hi my name is Karen and I live in the fantastic city of Manchester of which I am very proud and where I work full time as a Holistic Therapist. My career as a Massage Therapist started several years ago when I decided that I wanted the skills to be able to make people feel as amazing as I felt after receiving a massage treatment.
I have lots of qualifications in massage from Deep Tissue, Advanced Swedish, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Shiatsu and Acupressure Massage to Indian Head Massage, Holistic Facial Massage, Hot Stones Massage Therapy and Thai Priadara Style Massage. I am also a qualified practitioner in Reflexology, Reiki, and Hopi Ear Candle Therapy and Counselling Concepts.
I believe being able to perform a good massage is a gift. It's not just about the qualifications you have on paper but how you carry out these skills you have gained, how much you put into each treatment and how you treat each individual client as if they were your only client in the world. I take a holistic approach to my treatments and I work intuitively with each client to ensure each massage is tailor made to your requirements. Whether it’s a Hand or Foot Massage, a Head or Back Massage or a Full Body Massage, I will incorporate all different aspects of my training, giving you an amazing massage treatment. I have lots of experience and a great reputation as a Massage Therapist with regular clients that include Doctors, Physiotherapists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Sports and Fitness Instructors, TV Presenters and the occasional Rock Superstar!
I am very passionate about my work and I am so excited to be working for Dr. Dot as part of such a fantastic team. Giving me the opportunity to combine my love of music with the job I adore is a dream come true.
