Hello! My name is Jillian. I am a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist in the Kansas City area. I have been practicing Massage Therapy for over 8 years, with over 1500 hrs of training. 6 of those years I spent in private fitness clubs providing massage therapy for athletes and high profile clients seeking relaxation and/or pain relief. I love my profession and the ability to heal others. I believe part of what sets me apart from your average therapist is my attention to details and the ability to understand what the client needs, without them having to tell me.

Observing the way a client breathes, moves, and reacts to bodywork tells me more than their words ever could, and by paying attention to these things, I am able to provide a unique massage experience catered to each individual. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology and Prenatal Massage. However, I believe that integrating multiple techniques in to one session provides the best result for the client. In addition to practicing the art of healing others, I enjoy sailing (I live on a sailboat full time) traveling to new places, snorkeling, playing the piano, and photography. My hands for your feet.
Why take a reflexology session? Will it be as effective as a full body massage? Will I get relaxed? Will it soothe the pain? yes, yes and yes.
According to the reflexology theory all parts of the body are reflected on the foot. We have access to all your problematic, painful points, and
also a special points for deep relaxation. It is an exciting technique that exposes a whole world of healing, relief, relaxation.
It is applied as a foot massage (I use techniques applied to your feet, on special cases to your hands).

All your weight is on your feet, give them a break!

I’m an experimenter. I have always been inspired by the HUMAN BEING. Since my childhood I have known I will work with my hands to serve others. I have always known where to touch someone in order to offer him/her some relief. Since I was introduced to Reiki in 2001, which opened my mind to alternative therapies, it was easier to get to my destination: reflexology – the magic that touches your feet and heals your soul.
I learnt how to do what I already intuitively did. After starting my studies about how to help people restore their balance through contact, it became a passion. I enjoy doing reflexology as much as the one who receives it.
I am a member of the Argentine Association of Reflexologists. During 2014 I worked at the Hospital de Clinicas (University Hospital of Buenos Aires) massaging inpatients and outpatients.

Hi there! My name is Shanna, and I am originally from New Mexico. I’ve lived and worked in the NYC, NJ, Long Island and Conn market since 2002. As a graduate of The Swedish Institute I have been a professional LMT since 2008. Healing others through massage has been a passion of mine for most of my life. Aloha and Hello!

My name is Lisa and I have been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002. I was born and raised in sunny California; as well as practicing Massage, I also enjoy the outdoors, travel, yoga, reading, listening to music, and spending time with my husband and pets! I have extensive experience with clients of all ages.

My preferred modalities include: Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Stretching Massage, classic Swedish Massage, and general energy work that is incorporated into the massage. I believe in using the Breath to allow the client to assist their own selves in releasing tension, particularly that which is caused by stress or emotion. I prefer “full handed” massage that is simultaneously Therapeutic, provides a sense of Relaxation, and allows a client to move closer to a fully-balanced self. All massage therapy is specific to the individual’s needs at that time, and I am always open to suggestions.

I strongly believe in learning new techniques and networking in the Massage and Bodywork Community. I have plans in the near future to explore the following additional modalities: Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Integrative Stretching, Foot Reflexology, Watsu (water) Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. I am looking forward to many more years of learning and practice!
