I’m a busy Mum of three, who enjoys going to the gym, taking my two dogs for walks or sitting down and reading a good book. I’ve had an interest in nutrition, health and fitness for most of my adult life – which started when I was working in a gym. I started my training in massage 9 years ago, when I studied Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy together. I added Sports Massage to my skill set 6 years ago. I have a fascination with how the body works and love being able to help people with their healing if they’re in pain or giving a client their much needed “me time” with a relaxing massage.
