Hi! My name is Megan and I have been a massage therapist for a solid 8 years.

I graduated from Massage Therapy School (ASMT) in 2006 and have developed a deep passion for massage. I love working with the public and helping people relieve stress so they can relax and heal.

Currently I work as a chiropractor assistant, run my own private practice, as well as the massage therapist for a well known national automotive school in town.

Hello! My name is Jess!

I chose massage as a profession due to the fact that I enjoy helping people. However, blood always made me a bit woozy so I knew being a nurse was not going to work out. I have found that massage has given me the venue to help people AND not have to handle blood. What a blessing!

I am not the most experienced therapist but my hands are strong, my fingers able to find knots and my elbows are ready to dig in if needed. I do mostly Swedish massage along with pregnancy, hot stone, chair, deep tissue and can do a foot/hand scrub as well. Let’s face it, feet sometimes need extra love.

My motto for all massages is, “If you talk, I talk. If you are quiet, I am quiet.” Another one is, “If you tell me the pressure is fine but are holding your breath, I am obviously going too deep.”

I graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and I have spent the last 12 years of my life in customer service helping people.  I have always been a nurturer and a problem solver.  Customer service has been a labor of love.  I am glad that I helped people, but it never fed my soul. 
 It’s only been recently that I finally figured out that becoming a massage therapist was the call I had been missing.  I signed up for massage classes December 2009, and was certified in April 2011.

Even though it’s only been a short time that I have been practicing, my clients tell me they cannot tell the difference between my touch and someone who has been practicing massage for years.  The reason for this is   I love what I do.  I hope to get a chance to bring that same energy and healing to you. 

I enjoy practicing different modalities that include:  deep tissue, sports massage, chair massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, and Swedish massage. 

I work both in a spa setting and at a fitness center, so I am well rounded.   What I love most is that with each person I touch, I can customize techniques to an individual’s needs and preference to pressure.

Hello! My name is Leah; I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist living in Charlotte, NC but from Findlay, OH. I went to Southeastern Institute here in Charlotte, NC where I had what I believe to be some of the best instructors in the nation. I was highly trained in Swedish and Neuromuscular Therapy and also trained in Deep tissue, hot stone and Prenatal Massage. I love learning and especially love to learn news ways one can help to improve de-stress and relieve pain and discomforts. I am always going to be taking Continued Educational classes so that I may not only learn more but have more to offer my clients in helping to correct and relieve any area of discomfort in their bodies.

I just moved here to Charlotte, NC two years ago to open up opportunities and make new experiences. I absolutely love Charlotte but I am looking into moving to Ireland by the year 2013. I have a great passion for world culture and the human body.

Raised in the rainforest of tropical Australia, I now live in snowy Tahoe, California. My father is a funk/jazz/rock pianist so I grew up surrounded by musicians, recording in the downstairs studio and practicing for the next gig. One of my earliest memories is of watching my dad play his moog synthesizer on stage wearing flared pants!

Every time you get a massage I plant a rainforest tree to create habitat for endangered species. To date I have sponsored over 750 new trees which are pumping out oxygen for us to breathe, sing, dance and create. I use high-quality oils, biodegradable cleaners and a fuel efficient car so your treatment is environmentally sound and luxuriously enjoyable.

I teach Hatha yoga and have been massaging for 7 years, have a degree in Environmental Science and am a certified Outdoor Recreation Instructor. My specialties are deep tissue & remedial massage. I also use swedish, thai, kahuna, shiatsu, reflexology, hot stones, aromatherapy and reiki techniques when needed. My clients are stressed out busy people, elite sports athletes, pregnant mothers-to-be, holiday makers, sports enthusiasts and people with injuries.

Hello, I am Denise from Columbus Ohio. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since January 2005. I enjoy practicing different techniques including chair massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish, hot stone, pregnancy and sports massage.

I love being able to help people feel better without the use of medication. The benefits of massage are amazing, which is why I fell in love with massage.
