Hello! My name is Kendra and I am a 2004 graduate of the Roane State Community College Somatic Therapy program in Oak Ridge, TN.

My main focus is a combination of neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue massage with a little myofascial massage thrown in! Every massage is specifically rendered for what is needed for you to obtain the optimal benefit massage has to offer. I hold a strong belief that finding and healing the root of the problem can lead to a healthier way of life.

I have had the honor of providing relief for clients with job/ sport/life related injuries, such as, but not limited to, frozen shoulder, vertigo, sciatica, scoliosis, migraines, carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, and arthritis.

I have also studied Ayurvedic massage and practices, a 5000 year old Vedic way of life that focuses on bringing balance to each and every aspect of life and living; which further confirms my belief that healing is best achieved through total awareness of mind, body, and spirit.

I am very passionate about massage and the amazing results one can reap from regular massages. I am very excited to be a part of Dr. Dot's team and look forward to helping you!

Hey there! Kayla is my name and massage is my game. 


I graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with my Associate in Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy in 2006. After attending Minnesota State University Moorhead I figured I couldn’t major in Softball all my life, so I turned my athletic skills into something else hands on, massage! My eccentric personality and healing touch makes people feel comfortable and relaxed, wanting to come back for more. With a passion for Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massage it makes me ecstatic to be able to positively change people’s lives and to help others feel physically, emotionally and physiologically better about themselves and daily living! What better job could you ask for!? 


Over a year ago I moved down to Little Rock to live with the love of my life and change things up a bit…what can I say besides I will be a part of Dr. Dot's team in the Little Rock and surrounding areas for a long time coming!

YAY!! New Tattoo a big success

As predicted, I screamed for about 2 hours straight. The guys in the tattoo shop were having a blast winding me up. I told them “this has got to be the only thing that hurts worse than anal sex” and that got them all roaring with laughter.
