My mother always encouraged musical influences in my life. When I was young, she enrolled me in piano lessons, which I, at first, dreaded going to. Now looking back, I’ve come to appreciate the difference it has made in creating a passion to use my hands in bringing joy to others. This eventually had an influence in the profession I love so much today.

I made it backstage to my first all-day concert at the age of 16. I had the opportunity to rub elbows with 311, Incubus, Stir, Violent Femmes and others–I still have my sharpie marked jeans. I’ve made it to the point where I almost always need music playing in the background whether it be Tool, The Beatles, Rush, or even some classical Chopin. Needless to say, I’ve grown up since that first show and always welcome the chance to work with these talented artists.

I’ve worked in some of the top hotels and spas in Utah for the last 7 years. This has given me the opportunity to work with people from all over the world with different tastes and preferences. I utilize many different modalities to customize and cater to the needs of the individual on my table.

My love of massage began at the age of eight when my grandmother taught me how to give foot rubs, for purely selfish reasons of course, my training took off from there.

I am trained in various styles of massage and body treatments ranging from Deep Tissue to Watsu with everything inbetween. Each person and each session is different, listening to the clients wants and the bodies needs I pull from my bag of tricks that which will heal body and soul or at least make you feel really really good.

I am based in the countryside of France but have table and will travel.

Best Massage in Los Angeles California

Email me at info@drdot.com and put "Syndee/LA" in the subject line please πŸ™‚

Hey there… I’m Syndee! My passion for massage grew out of my childhood as a young dancer. Dance taught me about grace, power, beauty and expression, and also fragility, limitation, humility, and patience. Naturally kinesthetic, body knowledgeable, and intuitive, my friends and family have always come to me with their aches, pains and injuries of the body, heart and mind. After graduating college in 2002 I was invited to teach a workshop in Australia where I would stay for six years cultivating my massage practice. In 2008 I moved back to California to continue studying bodywork at the Institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing and the Life Energy Institute.

Bodywork is Art. I encourage my clients to tune into the sense of wellbeing they want to experience when they step off of my table and move through their lives. Drawing from a colorful palette of therapeutic tools such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Huna, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, Polarity Therapy, and Thai Yoga Massage, I co-create healing experiences that manifest their intentions.
