Hello! My name is Carolyn and I’ve been a LMT for 10 years. I’m also a certified Bikram Yoga instructor currently living in New Orleans, LA.

Massage: I specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point release, Ashiatsu and Swedish massage. My style is hands-on and kinesthetic, and I am great with injuries/chronic issues and physical therapy clients. Sammie is a Paris born, L.A. raised, New Orleans-transplanted LMT who has helped people find relief from their stress & pain for the past 15 years. Having graduated from the original Blue Cliff School of Massage Therapy in Kenner, Louisiana in 2000, Sammie continues to learn about the body and massage with every client. She believes that the client/therapist relationship is a two-way street.

Specializing in Integrative Deep Tissue, she blends various modalities & stretches together to custom craft each massage to fit the individual’s specific needs. She prides herself on being very thorough and detail oriented in her work, & in facilitating an experience that leaves the client feeling renewed & whole again.
