    Hey, I’m Kacey. I was born and raised on an island called Ketchikan, in Southeast Alaska. It is located near British Columbia. I have always been interested in eastern medicine. After high school I moved to North Carolina to pursue Massage Therapy. I studied in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have been living in the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville area for four years, and I have been practicing for three years. I love my job. It is important to me that I can do something where I am helping others, and they truly appreciate me for my work. My modalities include: Deep tissue massage,  relaxing swedish massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, trigger point,  shiatsu, therapeutic massage, and Russian medical massage. I also work on range of motion, and integrate stretching  into most of my massages. Many of my clients come to me for relief of their stress and anxiety, and natural pain management. I have a lot of spa experience, and I have been working with the entertainment industry for over a year. I travel for most of my work, and I am willing to travel around North and South Carolina.
     I currently attend cosmetology school. I aim to make people look better, and feel better about themselves. Next, I would like to become a yoga instructor. When I’m not working and going to school, I love to spend my time with friends and family, I have four brothers back home and a huge family I miss everyday. I love gardening, music, animals, and astrology. I also love art. I enjoy painting and pottery. I will happily do anything outdoors, especially hiking with my loved ones and my bulldog. Hello! I’m Jacob, over the years I have called many places home, and currently that is Sacramento. I recently jumped into massage and received my training from the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento and have been working as a Certified Massage Therapist since. I thought my passion was in digital media or culinary arts but truth is I should have been pursuing bodywork the whole time, I love what I do. I have become fluent in a variety of massage modalities; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Myofascial, as well as others I have picked up techniques from. Although, my love falls down to Deep Tissue, Thai massage, and Myofascial work as they reach deep and release that muscle at just the right point.

 Beyond NHI, I have volunteered extensively as a massage therapist with Total Body Fitness (A Tri-athlete racing program) which has given me the necessary experience of understanding the varied and complex needs of athletes. I have also been to numerous local sporting events as well the Nike Woman’s Marathon.

 Aside from massage, I spend my time bouncing around on my toes during Kenpo and Krav Maga training. And of course I’m ever pondering on what I should be learning next on the violin, Irish jigs or gypsy tunes.  I love music, movies, and nature. Everything I spend my time doing I find a passion for, and everything I have a passion for I put my soul into. I look forward to meeting you and working with you soon!!!

 Hello, my name is Robert.
I am fully qualified Physiotherapist (Master of Science), Massage and Manipulative Therapist. I own my full time outpatient practice in Wroclaw, Poland.
I chose Physiotherapy as my profession, because of my manual proficiency and strong passion to treat people. During my studies with emphasis on Neurological and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy I've also completed 2 years of western massage with manual therapy programs and Japanese massage with elements of Shiatsu course. After studies I left my country to pursue further development in my profession and to get more experience by journeys. I was working and training for several years in UK, USA and Ireland. In 2008 I've returned to Poland, but my love for travel remains.
I specialize in: Neurological Physiotherapy (spinal cord and brain related problems in various age groups) Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (trauma and pain, acute and chronic) Massage Therapy (especially deep tissue, Swedish, Japanese, Shiatsu and my own musculoskeletal techniques with manual therapy variations I've worked hard to develop) Manual Therapy (especially back and neck related problems, although I can easily treat any other joints and tissues) Relaxation (special techniques and exercises to teach clients how to connect with ones body and how to fully relax) I'm using the above techniques to give my clients full and long lasting relief from pain and tension. In my opinion therapy should be complex to make treated person feel like new reborn.
Fortunately my hobby become my profession and I do what I love, and I do it well. Right now I have more then 12 years of professional experience in the field with many faithful and happy clients 😉 I work with the most afflicted and difficult patients whom many professionals would avoid because they find it too challenging. Home away from home for the last almost 10 years has been the legendary First Avenue and 7th Street Entry, where I bartend, soak in music, massage and even perform. You can hear and see me taking the stage with my own band as well as any karaoke bar within reach. My amazing education at Centerpoint School of Massage and Shiatsu focused on the intensive East/West program, which includes swedish, therapeutic, trigger point therapy, shiatsu techniques, cupping and Traditional Chinese Medicine. My knowledge and interest has expanded to include Thai massage, lymph drainage, pregnancy, hot stone, aromatherapy and body treatments. I integrate these healing therapies, working with clients to develop a personalized treatment based on their needs. I believe treatments can and should include rehabilitation combined with energetic meridian work for a deeply therapeutic experience.

As a graduate of the Utah College of Massage Therapy and its Master Bodyworker Program, I’ve been given the tools and experience necessary to provide you with relief. To do so, I used a fair combination of massage techniques including: Deep Tissue/Swedish, Structural Integration, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Russian, Sports, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Injury Massage, and Reflexology. I am also trained in and love giving Hot Stone Massage and Intracranial (a form of structural) work. Currently I also have almost a full year’s experience as a Chiropractor’s Assistant as of 2010.

I’ve always had a need for my hands to be moving and working, whether it’s massaging or tickling the ivories. As there is a need for music in my life, so is there the need to please others. Horses aren’t polite they are reactionary if they are in pain they will bite, kick… well you get the idea… I have learnt more about muscles than any text book can give me; but that is down to experience.
