Hello! My name is Sophia and I have been a licensed massage therapist for 8 years now, but since I was much younger I have been giving massages. My mother is a massage therapist and she helped me understand how beneficial and truly healing massage therapy can be. I enjoy using deep tissue and sports modalities the most while striving to keep the massage as relaxing as possible.
I have a firmer hand than most but I am capable of performing all different modalities; Swedish, reflexology, trigger point, and acupressure. I love my career and try incorporate healing into all aspects of my life. I try to be a positive light to anyone I come in contact with and continuously work towards being the best I can be.
