I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. I received my education from the Body Dynamics School of Massage Therapy in New Mexico and also The Neuromuscular Therapy Center of New Mexico.

I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy. I have had fantastic results with many pathologies such as Sciatica, Carpel Tunnel, TMJ Dysfunction, Frozen Shoulder and Plantar Fascitis. I am also experienced in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Cranio-sacral Therapy, Reflexology and Chair massage.

I can have a light, medium, or firm touch and still manage to give a deep massage. I consider each of my clients to be a VIP and it makes me feel good to be able to give them the best massage I can.

Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, I worked for 20 years as an Emergency Medical Technician. I have also worked as an Emergency Dispatcher and a Volunteer Firefighter.

I knew that when I left my career in emergency services I still wanted to help people. I felt the need to do something less stressful and found that with massage I am able to help others de-stress without causing stress to myself. I enjoy helping people maintain good health.

Being apart of Dr. Dot’s team is such an honor as it will give me the chance to broaden my horizons on the types of music out there. I was a country girl with limited music exposure and these last few years of been a wonderful eye opener.

Hello! My name is Jess!

I chose massage as a profession due to the fact that I enjoy helping people. However, blood always made me a bit woozy so I knew being a nurse was not going to work out. I have found that massage has given me the venue to help people AND not have to handle blood. What a blessing!

I am not the most experienced therapist but my hands are strong, my fingers able to find knots and my elbows are ready to dig in if needed. I do mostly Swedish massage along with pregnancy, hot stone, chair, deep tissue and can do a foot/hand scrub as well. Let’s face it, feet sometimes need extra love.

My motto for all massages is, “If you talk, I talk. If you are quiet, I am quiet.” Another one is, “If you tell me the pressure is fine but are holding your breath, I am obviously going too deep.”

Hi, it's Pirkka from Helsinki Finland. Before my career in massage I did physical jobs such as construction and wrecking crew jobs, while my plan was to study languages in university. Still, I guess I knew my heart was never really into that sort of studies, so I kept my eyes open. Luckily I found massaging, and while studying swedish and sports massage and gym instructing I found my calling. 


I've been a professional masseur for about six years now, my speciality is sports / deep tissue massage and swedish massage. My studies have also taken me into Thailand where I've studied traditional thai massage and thai foot massage. 


My lifelong passion has also been rock and punk music and going to gigs, so I was extremely excited to join Dr. Dot's team!

Born and raised in Detroit, MI majored in English in Atlanta, GA and landed on the map of my destiny as a massage therapist in Los Angeles, CA. Have been practicing massage for the past twenty years, certified massage instructor for seven years. 


Administering Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Pre-Natal and Energy work is my unyielding pleasure! All these are great techniques; however I specialize in finding the knots and dispersing them back to the nothingness from whence they came! Knots are simply trapped energy, so why not set that energy free and let it serve a higher purpose.

After graduating from Western Career College in 2008, I have extensive knowledge of and practice in diverse massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Hot Stone, and Reflexology. My unique approach integrates the health and well-being benefits that Deep Tissue, Sports massage and Trigger Point therapy offer. 


For me, working as a massage therapist was the next step in what has been a story of physical healing. I learned the benefits of massage therapy first-hand while recovering from a car accident in 2005. I suffered critical injuries – from head to toe, in addition to my heart and spirit. Like so many in this country, I had no health insurance, so I took it upon myself to discover alternative options to re-claim my personal health and well-being; part of that journey required self-exploration and self-acceptance, and part of it was inspired to explore natural, non-invasive ways to care for myself as well as others. Eventually, I decided to pursue a career providing direct client care for those suffering with various ailments, such as mental and physical stress, limited range of motion, and chronic pain, and I found my passion in life; through massage therapy, I have found opportunities to continue healing from my car accident, along with a powerful and holistic solution for supporting clients with physical complaints. 


Part of the healing process, for me, has not only included overcoming my physical injuries, but also getting back to a place in life where I can celebrate all of life’s possibilities; that’s why I am a big believer in the healing powers of not only massage therapy, but also friendship, good food and drinks, and laughter.

Hi, I’m Sonja and I have lived in Michigan my entire life and have been blessed with my esteemed husband Scott and 7 beautiful children. I have been involved in the health and beauty industry, in some capacity, in and around the Grand Rapids area since 1982. 


I worked 24 years in relaxation massage and as a Cosmetologist, and this year completed my Medical Massage and Manual Therapy Certification through Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts & Sciences.

Hi! I’m Lindsay, born and raised in California, which makes me a true Cali girl! I graduated from Sierra Massage School in Clovis, CA with my degree in massage therapy. For three years I have been working full time as a massage therapist. Everyone has something nice to say about my technique and abilities, and though I may look small, I have powerful hands and an even more powerful drive. I love my work so I take pride in it, and you could not be disappointed in me if you tried.

Hello my name is Carole. 


Although born in Liverpool I am now living in Manchester, I have been a Sports/Massage therapist for 20 years. I have also worked as a College Lecturer for 10 years teaching Sports Therapy and Holistic Therapies. Hi, my name is Lauren. I was born a native Texan in Austin, but spent most of my childhood in Northern California. Circumstance brought me back to Texas as a teenager, and I currently reside and work in San Antonio. 


I recently returned to work in a salon and spa owned by a long time client and friend, after running and operating my own business for five years. I am dually licensed in massage therapy and esthetics, and I have always possessed a strong need to help people and to make them look and feel better about themselves. 


After starting college to become a nurse, I realized that my aspirations in the field of labor and delivery nursing was not my true calling. It was during my training in skin care that I realized I had a natural talent for massage therapy. I was commonly asked by my clients if I was already a therapist, so I decided to train for my massage license while working as an esthetician. 


I have hands that are impressively strong despite my stature and a way of releasing positive energy to help create a feeling of peace and relaxation for my clients. I have training in deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, prenatal massage, labor massage, infant massage, and Sabai Stone mineral therapy. 


I have been practicing massage therapy for almost ten years, and have built a name for myself locally. Now, I am ecstatic about this amazing opportunity to be a part of something so much larger. 


Music has been a major part of my life since I was a small child. I’ve been singing since I was around three years old; of course most of that was in the shower! My older sister influenced my musical tastes the most growing up. I used to dream of one day being able to see my favorite bands play live and experience all of the excitement of a large concert rather than just hearing them on vinyl or tape. 


Also, I have a great love and respect for the local music scene, which I believe to be monumentally important. I’ve met several talented aspiring musicians here in San Antonio as well as on the road. 


I took the chance of starting a small Indie Label with my sister and her husband a few years ago. It was exciting to be a part of the business side of the music industry, even if it was only on a small scale. We met a band that we believed was amazing and wanted to give them a chance to realize their dreams as well. So, you can imagine how I reacted when I found that I could be a part of a team such as this. I found it hard to believe at first and then thought to myself, “I was made for this!” 


I can now combine my natural talent for massage and my innate love for music and the world it creates to realize my dreams though hard work and a lot of fun along the way.

Hi, I'm Daniel, I've lived in London almost forever. 


I initially trained as a massage therapist just as a hobby a few years ago. I've always been in to health, fitness and nutrition, and studied my first degree in Physiology and Pharmacology in Leeds and after trying a whole range of jobs from bar work to volunteering on ambulances I found myself studying again. 


Once I started practicing massage professionally there was no turning back. I've studied a range of techniques including Traditional Thai – which I recommend to anyone and deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone and carry on picking up new techniques, tips and tricks all the time. The best thing to get good results is to mix them all up 🙂 


I really enjoy giving the best massage I can every time, and believe a good massage can really make a difference to peoples life and well being.
