Hi, my name is Matt. I am a Therapeutic Stretching expert with 20 years of experience. Therapeutic Stretching is a powerful blend of deep tissue massage, Yoga asanas, muscular manipulation techniques and stretching movements used by Olympic Gold Medalists, the English National Ballet and others.
A 60 minute Therapeutic Stretching Massage and Physical Therapy Session includes gentle assisted stretching, muscular manipulation and deep tissue massage. Soon after completing my training, I became his main assistant and practiced alongside him for 10 years as well as gave my own yoga classes (3 years) in Amsterdam, Haarlem and Eindhoven (Amsterdam School of Massage, numerous yoga studios, private classes). I also worked with Els van der Horst on introducing children to Therapeutic Stretching in a fun, playful manner.

Before becoming a chiropractor I studied the clarinet from the age of eight, taught myself the guitar at fifteen, and completed a BA (Hons) degree in Applied Music. I then worked in radio production for a few years until I found my calling and completed a Master of Chiropractic. To be able to combine my love of music and performance with the ability to improve the quality of function in an artist gives me great satisfaction. With my particular background I have a good understanding of the demands and stresses particular to performing artists and can tailor treatments to take into account whatever your schedule may be throwing at you. I add to this experience by attending specialised Performing Arts Medicine conferences, travelling as far as the United States to make sure I have the best available knowledge of the field.

I am an Argentinian certified Massage Therapist based in Berlin, so I am fluent in Spanish, English, Italian, and I´m learning german. As I am also an actor (clown, pantomime) and contact dancer, my interest has always been in Physical language and bodywork as well as exploring different techniques, such as Californian massage, Aromatherapy, reflexology and Joint Release.
My focus is to let blockages dissolve and make my clients be more aware of their own bodies and the pleasure of beeing touched. People have thoroughly enjoyed my massages because of the warm athmosphere, healing energy and trustworthy feeling throughout the session.
I was mostly giving mobile massages in Argentina and Spain. Here in Berlin I was part of the wellness team of the gym “Friends and fitness”. As travelling is one of my passions, I´m able to join on the backstage of the tours.
