I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, experienced in deep tissue and myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, shiatsu and exercise therapy. In addition, I graduated from college in Sydney-Australia where I decided to bring up many of my sports and fitness experiences becoming a professional health care practitioner also able to communicate effectively in four languages which are Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.

Passionate for anatomy and physiology I based my therapies on a combination of remedial massage techniques and the body’s self healing process, I help your body to heal itself.

Hi, my name is Chris. I was born in Zug, Switzerland 1974. Since 2001 I am working full time as an independent Massage/Physical Therapist in my own practice. I am a fully qualified Sports and Full Body Massage Therapist, Foot Reflex, Dorn and Breuss as well as Scenar Therapist. I have successfully treated clients from all ranges of life, including actors and Sporting Professionals such as Eishockey Players and Swiss Ski Athletes, specialising not only in massage but injury treatment and prevention. Discretion and professionalism are most important to me in the first place.

I heard about Dr. Dot by coincidence. She actually lives my dream. Since a long time I have been waiting for an opportunity like this, working for a international Massage Team in this sector. By the time I read about drdot, I knew, that’s the Team I want to be a part of.

I am available throughout the german part of Switzerland, in and around Zermatt, but particularly in Zurich, Zug and Lucerne. I am also available for tours if required.

I grew up in a beach-surfing environment playing a number of extreme sports and I have travelled and lived in many countries. Furthermore I completed my studies in Sydney-Australia where I decided to bring up many of my sports and fitness experiences and put them together and then doing special courses I became a professional health care practitioner also able to communicate effectively in four languages which are Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.

Hi there, my name is Angela. I liver in Zurich, Switzerland but spend a lot of time in Santa Monica as well.

I was born 1986 in Winterthur, Switzerland in a patchwork – family of artists and therapists. Music, Dance and Bodywork were constant companions in my childhood. Since then my passion for Music, Dance and Massage is growing.

For many years, I was an active member of a Rock-Choir while also studying and performing dance. It was during that time that I also studied and developed several massage-techniques. I am very interested in travelling and experiencing other cultures.

My interest in massage therapy developed in my childhood where I would intuitively massage members of my family and friends. They all enjoyed it very much and the positive feedback encouraged me to go on and further study and explore in this field. One of the important schools I studied in is the “Swiss Prävensana Academy”. For a few years I have worked as a self-employed freelance bodyworker for artists, musicians, and sportsmen; both little known as well as famous.

I am grateful for all the experiences I have had and I am keen to improve on all levels. Over time I have developed my own technique which focuses on punctual intuitive deep massages and energetic massage (anamawe). I am responsive to the individual needs of my clients.

I am ready and looking forward to offering you many happy moments of deep relaxation while massaging you. I do incalls, outcalls and accompany you on tour as you wish and need. To be a part of Dr. Dot’s Team is an honour and a pleasure.

Hi, my name is Mladen. I am from Zurich and work here as a professional masseur.

Since I’ve been doing fitness sports for more than 8 years and have learned a lot about body and muscle functions, I was always thinking about starting a career as a professional masseur. That way I would be able to help people to loose the pain in their muscles, to get new energy and to feel relaxed.

So I decided to start my career as a professional masseur, accomplished very successfully my studies and became a Dipl. Wellness-Masseur. As soon as I got my diploma I started working as a sports masseur for football teams in Switzerland. I worked also in a Sauna as a Dipl. Wellness-Masseur and am working now downtown Zurich as a Hamam-Masseur.

I am specialized in deep tissue, foot reflex, shiatsu-akupressure and trigger points. I also invented my own massage which is a mixture of deep tissue and other energy points, that get lost energy back and free the muscles from pain in very short time! My massage is called Djomi-Massage.

When I’ve heard about Dr. Dot I knew that this is the right team to be in. Because only the best join her team, and she know who is the best, since she works with passion and talent and I do that too!

Gruezi.
Meine Name ist Martina. Geboren 1977 in den Schweizer Alpen.

Mein Werdegang bis zur dipl. Masseurin war abwechslungsreich. Nach dem Gymnasium
habe ich so einiges ausprobiert über Orgelbauerin, Lehrerin, Streetworkerin etc
pp..

1998 habe ich mich entschieden eine Ausbildung als Heilpraktikerin zu machen,
die ich  2002 mit
Erfolg abgeschlossen habe. In meiner Freizeit habe ich viele Menschen massiert,
die mich dann ermutigt
haben, noch eine Ausbildung zur med. Masseurin in Angriff zu nehmen.

Der Beruf macht mir Spass und ich selber kann mich dabei auch sehr gut
entspannen.
