Hi, I’m Sonja and I have lived in Michigan my entire life and have been blessed with my esteemed husband Scott and 7 beautiful children. I have been involved in the health and beauty industry, in some capacity, in and around the Grand Rapids area since 1982. 


I worked 24 years in relaxation massage and as a Cosmetologist, and this year completed my Medical Massage and Manual Therapy Certification through Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts & Sciences. 


Medical massage is very deep and effective in producing the bodies normal mechano receptors which promote tissue and joint health. It is also very important to stretch the muscles and maintain elasticity in the tissue. One of my main goals, as a health facilitator, is to help enable the body to continue in its optimal mobility and performance.

Hiya! My name is Tina. I graduated from ATI Career Training Center in Texas. I have been practicing massage for a while now. I absolutely love the field of massage and believe it is my true calling. HI, my name is Jennifer. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009 because I firmly believe in the holistic healing experience. Hey, Y'all…. My name is Beth and I have lived in Oklahoma for most of my life and am proud to be called an "Okie". I am the mother of 2 children, with whom I enjoy spending free time with, I also play piano, enjoy watching a good movie and I love to read. 


I began 'dabbling' in massage when was in Junior High School. My mother had triple scoliosis and had to have hardware placed in her back along the spine through multiple surgeries. She was allergic to every kind of medication that would have been able to help, so Massage and Chiropractic were the only things that gave her any real relief. 


In High School I worked on the school teacher, coaches, marching band members, cheerleaders and athletes. After High School, I did massage mostly on family members, friends and co-workers. I was always being asked to work on an aching muscle or joint, or a stiff neck and tense shoulders. Getting rid of headaches was always helpful as well. I really enjoyed knowing I was helping someone feel better. 


I have worked in many capacities in the medical field for over 20 years. I like to think of myself as being knowledgeable in many aspects of the body and what it needs. If I come across something I don't know about, I will research the topic to learn as much as I possibly can. I absolutely love to learn new things! 


I specialize in Deep Tissue, Deep Swedish, Myofascial Release Techniques, Stretching, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage and Thai Massage. I believe the massage is an integral part of a preventative lifestyle and can be a very healing element. I am excited to be a part of Dr. Dot's team!

Hi, my name is Lauren. I was born a native Texan in Austin, but spent most of my childhood in Northern California. Circumstance brought me back to Texas as a teenager, and I currently reside and work in San Antonio. 


I recently returned to work in a salon and spa owned by a long time client and friend, after running and operating my own business for five years. I am dually licensed in massage therapy and esthetics, and I have always possessed a strong need to help people and to make them look and feel better about themselves. 


After starting college to become a nurse, I realized that my aspirations in the field of labor and delivery nursing was not my true calling. It was during my training in skin care that I realized I had a natural talent for massage therapy. I was commonly asked by my clients if I was already a therapist, so I decided to train for my massage license while working as an esthetician. 


I have hands that are impressively strong despite my stature and a way of releasing positive energy to help create a feeling of peace and relaxation for my clients. I have training in deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, prenatal massage, labor massage, infant massage, and Sabai Stone mineral therapy. 


I have been practicing massage therapy for almost ten years, and have built a name for myself locally. Now, I am ecstatic about this amazing opportunity to be a part of something so much larger. 


Music has been a major part of my life since I was a small child. I’ve been singing since I was around three years old; of course most of that was in the shower! My older sister influenced my musical tastes the most growing up. I used to dream of one day being able to see my favorite bands play live and experience all of the excitement of a large concert rather than just hearing them on vinyl or tape. 


Also, I have a great love and respect for the local music scene, which I believe to be monumentally important. I’ve met several talented aspiring musicians here in San Antonio as well as on the road. 


I took the chance of starting a small Indie Label with my sister and her husband a few years ago. It was exciting to be a part of the business side of the music industry, even if it was only on a small scale. We met a band that we believed was amazing and wanted to give them a chance to realize their dreams as well. So, you can imagine how I reacted when I found that I could be a part of a team such as this. I found it hard to believe at first and then thought to myself, “I was made for this!” 


I can now combine my natural talent for massage and my innate love for music and the world it creates to realize my dreams though hard work and a lot of fun along the way.

Hi! My name is Ann and I have been practicing massage for the last 16 years. I am originally a Midwest girl, growing up in the cornfields of Central Illinois. I relocated to Colorado for one simple reason, the Rocky Mountains! I am planning on climbing all of the peaks in this beautiful state.
