Hi! My name is Cal.

I am a holistic yoga and massage therapist based in Leeds, UK. My career started out as a vocalist, dancer and choreographer performing around the UK and Europe. Having studied dance all my life, my interest and love for how the body moves and works was born. 

I officially made my well-being career debut as a yoga teacher at a luxury resort in Cyprus. From here I continued my travels and studies all around Asia and Australia where I began working as a well-being consultant. Since moving back to the UK I have worked at some of the leading health-clubs, clinics, gyms and studios in Cardiff and the surrounding area and now I am based in Leeds and service the whole surrounding areas helping people feel better in their mind and body.

The holistic side of what I do has always been what sets me apart from other practitioners. The word holistic means that I look at the whole body and all its connecting parts to gain a better understanding of the problem and how best to treat it. My specialities include: Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Spa Aromatherapy Massage for relaxation. 

I am dedicated to bringing well-being to all my clients but especially love working with people in the entertainment industry. Our bodies move differently to most people and it’s good to have a therapist who understands this!
